The suspension bridge is the fun way to get to the ice palace. Especially when it is windy. View over the alps is amazing

newly opened last year, giving you stunning views of surrounding alps including the Wilder Kaiser and the Großglockner. Steps into nothingness superb too. Only downside is that they have now introduced charges for €3 per adult, and the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard does not cover this. Definately worth the money though!

Fantastic experience and amusing view over the Alps. Could be really cold and windy so dress up. when the visibility is good you can see the whole region.

Nice idea as a novelty but the view isn't wildly different to cable car station's view. The stage showing a single suspended outlook didn't actually exist last year.

If you are in the area, you MUST go to the Dachstein Glacier. The Suspension Bridge is another attraction we were pleasently surprised of ...

Not cheap to get to unless you have a Ski Amade or Ramsau Ski Pass or a Schladming Dachstein Summer Card (included in the cost of your stay when staying at a Summer Card Partner establishment) when it is included or free. I think in 2014 the fee for the toll road approach will not be covered with The Summer Card.The suspension bridge itself is very narrow and easy to get bouncing if you like that kind of thing. It leads to the "glass stairway to nowhere". Stunning views are offered by both. The glass stairway is not for the feint hearted. You have to be aware that you are visiting this attraction, including the rest of the glacier complex, primarily for the stunning views or the skiing. If you are expecting more you will be disappointed

Muito legal. No alto do maciço Dachstein pelo lado do acesso via Ramsau am Dachstein, fomos visitar a ponte suspensa, de onde você tem um visual lindo dos Alpes Austríacos. Vale a pena ir para conferir. Fotos lindas....

Kaum zu beschreiben, muss man einfach mal drüber gegangen sein. Toll. Leider hat das Wetter die Aussicht etwas getrübt, aber wenn sich mal ein paar Lücken gezeigt haben war die Aussicht einfach grandios.

Mit der Steiermark Card war es uns möglich, kostenlos die Gondelfahrt auf den Dachstein zu genießen. Bei herrlichem Wetter war die Bergfahrt eine Freude. Der Spaziergang über die Hängebrücke und der Stiege in`s Nichts war atemberaubend. Die Kombicard für beide Attraktionen und den Eispalast fanden wir für € 10,- keineswegs zu teuer.Das was es kostet ist es wert. Ein wunderschöner Ausflug auf den mächtigen Dachstein.

Der Ausblick ist einfach ein Wahnsinn, ein bisschen bekommt man einen Adrenalinstoss. Sollte man unbedingt besuchen.
