This location has a lot of activities for children and adults. We have been their in the fall thus we were able to do the end of summer activities.. We specially liked to forest rope park. There was a track for children age under 4 which was great. The slide was also nice and pretty new.

A lovely open 4-seater chair lift takes you to the top where there are well signposted peace-and-quiet walks with splendid views on open and forest tracks. Not a thrills and spills experience, but lovely. We guess the Rodelbahn experience that runs in parallel would provide at least the thrills. An attraction well served with facilities (just poor signposting to get there).

The Rittisberg is an outstanding family-friendly mountain experience in a truly magnificent part of the world. Rittisberg is on the edge of Ramsau am Dachstein. The main car park is almost directly opposite the road up to the Dachstein. There are a couple of other car parks around the base of the mountain but P1 is much larger than the others because it is the base for a few different options.The most obvious attraction next to P1 is Ramsau Beach. The Rittisberg Coaster is just beyond P1. Those are both nice points.For the Rittisberg experience though this is mostly a series of walking routes. The main one is the Rittisbergrundweg which takes hours. The family-friendly walk though is the Märchenweg. This is a route on relatively accessible ground adorned with characters and stories from Grimm's Fairy Tales. For young children it is really excellent.The route itself is beautiful at times with amazing views over to the Dachstein or to the Hohe Tauern. There is only one point where the ground becomes difficult on the main route up. It is still a difficult slog though while pushing and fully laden in the summer sun. As with all great walking routes though the rewards are definitely worth it. The views are sumptuous. Right at the top is the Rittis'stadl restaurant which is a great Hut. The Märchenweg appears to be open all year round and might be more beautiful in winter. Rittis'stadl is year-round. Some of the other Huts open in either winter or summer. Judging by the signage there is plenty of winter opportunity here as well.Near the Rittis'stad is another attraction for children, the barefoot way. It is designed to give a series of textures for children to experience. Hardier souls can walk almost directly up, the route being about 15mins quicker but much harder. Soft folk can take the chair lift.With Ramsau Beach available back near the car park after a hot day walking up and down a mountain, with a great Hut at the top, and some amazing scenery, Rittisberg is among the very best options for family-friendly walking in a country which boasts some of the world's best wandering.

Die Sommercard bietet innerhalb einer Woche eine Gratisfahrt mit dem Sessellift und oben angekommen gibt es einen wunderbaren Rundweg oder man kann ganz gemütlich und immer eben weg hinunter wandern. Schönste Aussicht in die Talsohlen rechts und links.

In Verbindung mit der Sommerrodelbahn ein netter Ausflug. Der Sessellift ist extralangsam :D aber man kommt irgendwann oben an. Der Barfussweg war sehr nett (wenn auch schmerzhaft *g*). Wir sind den Märchenwanderweg runter gegangen. Mit den Kindern ist das super weil es eine Motivation ist weiterzugehen :)

Der Rittisberg ist wohl nur für Familien mit Kleinkindern Interessant. Der Märchenweg besteht aus aufgestellten Holzfiguren. An paar Stationen kann man einen Knopf drücken und es wird einem ein Märchen erzählt. Oben gibt es ein Spielplatz, Vogelvoliere, Hütte und den Barfußpfad. Das wars aber auch schon.

Man kann bis zum Gipfel mit dem Kinderwagen Top erlebnis für Familien . Dem Wanderer der die Natur und stille sucht und etwas gefordert werden möchte ist hier fehl am Platz.

Die Rodelbahn klasse sie geht über 2km echt fun man könnte das ständig wiederholen. Die Caffees dort auch gut zu besuchen auch nicht teuer

Der Rittisberg bietet was für Jung und Alt. Die Kids können im Erlebnispark spielen, die Alten können wandern. Cool und ganz schön pieksig ist der Barfuss-Wanderweg auf dem Rittisberg. Fußreflexzonenmassage inbegriffen! Die Wanderwege auf dem Berg sind prima und für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Besonders schön ist ein kleiner Ausflug zum Weiher mitten im Wald oder auch zur Haserlalm - einer echt urigen, alten Alm mit fantastischem Ausblick.Bei der Sessellift-Fahrt ins Tal genießt man richtig den tollen Ausblick. Wahnsinn!
