Beethoven was a guest at Rathausgasse 10 ofter between 1821 & 1824. It's here he wrote Miss Solemnis, he finished the 9th Symphony..Ode to Joy.The exterior shows an attractive style of building.

A must see for all those who visit Baden and also love Bethoven's music. It's located in a very nice area.

For many reasons i skipped this museum for over 20 years but lately i finally made the move. On a rather cloudy day i had one the nicest surprises both as a fan and as a traveller - the famous "9th House"!First of all, lets explain the name: this is the house where Beethoveen worked on his 9th symphony - in 1822 by writing the ouverture "Zur Weihe des Hauses" and the canon "Kuhl, nicht lau" - but mostly in 1823 by finishing here the masterpiece!The story of the house itself is faboulous, having been one of the oldest in Baden - but i dont want to spoil your pleasure to find it for yourself.All i can say is that i have checked many of the Beethoveen houses in Austria (did you know he stayed in over 80 buildings in Vienna?) and this one has by far the best set-up inside. The lady there was very helpful and genuinely interested in the composer' life and activities so one can have a smart and educative conversation and find a lot of information from her.I have to come back in sommer for the garden.

Da ich das Glück habe genau gegenüber meinen Urlaub des öfteren zu verbringen, kenne ich dies Haus bei Tag und Nacht und liebe es!Jetzt ist es neu eröffnet worden, es ist innen alles modern und man kann viel lernen und hören. Aussen wunderschön in den alten Farben, eins von den alten wunderschönen Häusern Badens!

ウィーンの森にある温泉保養地バーデン。そのバーデンのほぼ中心地にベートーベンハウスが公開されています。バーデンは古代ローマ時代から温泉地として有名で、モーツァルト、シュトラウス、ベートーベンもよく訪れたとのことです。中でもベートーベンに関しては、市の東部に「ベートーベンの散歩道」と名付けられた通りもあります。この家で「第九」が完成するまで住んでいたらしく、一般公開されています。２階には、ベートーベンがピアノに向かっている姿を再現した蝋人形のある部屋もあります。

Музей небольшой, но интересный. Экспозиция повторяет быт и условия жизни Бетховена. Как нам рассказали в музее, все предметы - подлинники. Мне понравилась какая-то особая атмосфера в музее. Здесь Бетховен написал несколько своих легендарных произведений. Очень рекомендую музей!

Были приятно удивлены культурой давних времён.Приятная женщина - смотрительница музея, рассказала нам о нём всё, что знала. На русском языке! За что ей огромное спасибо!Побывали в двух!! комнатах, где жил и творил Бетховен, посмотрели на вещи того времени, обстановку... Пропитались духом того времени.Если будете в Бадене - загляните, не пожалеете о потраченном времени и деньгах
