Muitos questionam o significado e o que o monumento representa. O fato é que sua localização central e a grandiosidade do mesmo o tornou um dos principais símbolos de Vladivostok. Para mim, apreciador dos memoriais da era Soviética, achei muito bem executado e belamente iluminado no final da tarde. Recomendo para fotos.

Памятник, как памятник. Ничего особенного и выдающегося. Посещать специально не обязательно, мимо не проедете в любом случае. Долгое время был символом Владивостока. Без него, наверно, было бы пусто. Пусть и дальше себе тихонько стоит. Память все таки
