Pretty green color, but not a lot to see inside. Small. Situated on a pretty square. Don't have much else to add.

Mukachevo Ratusha (city council building) is only 100 years old but still is one of the most interesting buildings of this type in Ukraine. You will not find anyy ratusha like this in our country

A fantastic building of Mukachevo Town Hall as if has emerged from medieval fairytales! This building really amazes with its original shapes. The construcrion of the Mukachevo Town Hall began in 1901 and was finished in 1904, that is why the gem of Mukachevo is considered to be a young one. The peculiarity of the building is the famous chimes that have served to the town dwellers since 1904. As 100 years ago the Town Hall amases tourists with its original architecture!)

I dislike when there is mix of buildings from different cultural times. It's so nice to sit in the cafe near by and imagine that now isn't 21th century but just beginning of 20th

Building is indeed impressive for this small town. Fine example of Secession style. I didn't expect to find it in this town. Worth seeing if you are in the area but I would not drive for more than one hour to see it. Not sure if they offer tours inside.

The town holl is situated in the center of the city. It is a beautiful building, but I can\t say, that it is magnificient. During the night time the lighting of the building is not very beautiful.

The Town Hall, located in the very heart of the city and facing the pedestrian zone of Myra Ave, is one of the major landmarks of Mukacheve and one of its most known symbols, after the Palanok Castle. For over 100 years it serves for its intended purpose – houses the city council of Mukacheve. It is painted in such a bright green colour these days that you will immediately recognise it. The Town Hall of Mukacheve was designed by Budapest architect Yanosh Babula-Jr. and erected in 1904-1906. Local historians claim that together with the foundation stone of the main clock tower on June 23, 1903, there was a letter placed inside, which, inter alia, reported that the population as of 1903 was 14,416 people and there were 1,553 houses in the town. Mukacheve Town Hall is specifically known for its chimes created by clock master Joseph Shovinskiy. Their cost sheet is still kept in the city archives. It says the main mechanism, housed in a small oval room of the tower, was suggested to be made from steel, and the bearings were bronze. The system of gears and levers is placed in the capacious glass box and connected by cables with two bells under the roof of the dome. Every 15 minutes the hammer strikes the lower bell, beating quarters of an hour, and the big bell strikes the hours. Thus, within earshot of the bells, it is possible to determine time by ear. By the end of their creation, Mukacheve chimes were recognised as one of the best tower clocks in Europe of that time. Not sure if access inside is normally allowed. We were in Mukacheve on the public holidays of May when everything was closed. But even from the outside it is a remarkable monument of architecture.
