Great fishing and many choices of lodging, camping in the area. Good restaurants and a few shops. It is in the mountains with little comforts and services other than what your hotel provides or you bring in with you. One small gas station and if you can bring some cans of fuel with you. Also any special food items you like because the shopping is slim and expensive. Worth the visit for a few days to relax and just soak in the nature.

quite a bit of unpaved roads to travel ( not unusual in Patagonia) but once again a clear as gin mirror between forested foothills to the Andes. age old cattle cos on the route bring back the days before power tools, when hand work was extremely well done by those who cared and had the time to do it for the next several generations, giving those to come time for better things to come.

Alumine is a National Park and reserve. It is a huge space of valleys, Andean mountains, Patagonina forests,rivers, very few dirt roads. As a reserve only native Mapuche families are allowed to settle down and live there. It is a magnificent, isolated area. The most amazing experience was when two Mapuche guys riding their horses AND a litle 8 year older were herding their sheep. The little boy was in charge and we had to wait in the car for about 15 minutes until they managed to have the full herd crossed on to the other side. It felt a bit like "Dance with wolves"; I have been to many different places in the world but this trip because of the magnificence of Nature really impressed me. All you need is a van. You cannot camp at the reserve so every night you go back to Alumine town and from there you start the different treckings. A unique experience, hard for me to describe in English. Mother Nature lovers should not miss this spot of the world.

Este verano tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer desde Aluminé a Caviahue-Copahue. El Cicuito Alumine a Villa Pehuenia, deja ver una serie de lagos y Cascadas que no dejan de sorprender por su paisaje. Al llegar al Lago Alumine, pudimos disfrutar de su color y sus aguas desde las playas de Villa Union, un lugar recomendable por su playa de arena y baja profundidad en la costa, lo que permite a quien tiene hijos pequeños disfrutar con ellos del agua.

Cada vez que voy me parece mas lindo. Es bellísimo en cualquier playa que elijas ir. Agua transparente, paz, tranquilidad... para pasar la tarde, hacer un picnic y si hace calor, aprovechar el agua cristalina.

lo realizamos en el circuito Pehuenia en este circuito se puede apreciar otros lagos Ñonquinco, Moquehue y Pulmari cada uno de ellos con sus encantos particulares pero ninguno de ellos se puede dejar de visitar

Un agradable lago para descansar, con muchas y diferentes playas para disfrutar. Siempre rodeado de Araucarias y la exquisita gastronomía argentina.

Hermoso lugar. Tranquilo y con poca gente, aun en temporada alta y días de calor. Para pasar la tarde, vale la pena.

La buena onda de su equipo, desde el Pablo el chofer que nos preparó un riquisimo pollo al disco para después del rafting, el guía Matías que durante todo el trayecto nos preparaba para los rápidos al mejor estilo "viaje de egresados" y Charly que nos sacó unas fotos excelentes hacen que junto a la experiencia y los hermosos paisajes de Aluminé fuera un día increíble!!! A me olvidaba, el refugio y la playa para pasar el rato después del almuerzo, bellísima y como terminamos? Merendando con tortas fritas y dulces caseros!!! Que más se puede pedir?

Paisajes increíbles, agua espectacular y una atmòsfera de paz. El agua es una vista maravillosa!! Sólo puede experimentarse yendo y viviendo las sensaciones.
