Luis is the best guide ever! He doesn't speak English but it doesn't really matter, the most important is the vibe of excursion. You can feel he is very kind, loves the animals and enjoys what is he doing. And he takes amazing pictures! In many agencies in Puerto Madryn I was feeling it's all about money, but this agency is different! I highly recommend doing a tour with Luis to Punta Tombo and Isla Escondida (be aware that all agencies go to Punta Tombo to see penguins, but most of them don't spend much time there and go to some museum in Trelew and Welsh town to drink tea. I've met many people dissapointed this that fact). Just can't recommend Arrieros Patagonicas enough:) Great memories!

I chose this travel agency after reading the reviews and I'm happy that I made this decision. Although the guides don't speak English or little English, I managed to understand the essentials with my basic Spanish. I was told they were the only one in Puerto Madryn that offered tour to Isla Escondida where you can be 1 meter close to the elephant seals, I took that one combined with Punta Tombo and was so thrilled. The other tour I went with them is Peninsula Valdes con avistaje de ballenas. Also loved it!

Very welcoming and knowledgeable guide. We were out of season for whales but saw sea elephants, sea lions and penguins. Very good information and friendly talk. For me, we could have skipped the small town Puerto Piramides, which had really nothing to offer this time of year.

We had the opportunity to spend two days with Luis that teached and showed us so many things that we will never forget the wonderful time in Peninsula Valdes. His experience and profound knowledge of local flora and fauna have contributed to this excellent experience.

Es excelente como te atienden tanto en la agencia como en la combi con Luis y Cesar que te cuentan la historia del lugar de tal forma que lo disfrutas el doble

Viaje en enero-2015 y utilicé otra agencia con la que me sentí defraudada por sus guias. Utilicé Arrieros en el 2013 y ahora puedo opinar que es la mejor agencia.

Nos asesoramos en esta agencia de excursiones, pero los precios nos parecieron mas altos que en la competencia cercana y ademas no aceptaban tarjeta en cuotas sin interes, optamos por otra opcion.

Es excelente la atención! Luis se encarga de que cada excursión sea perfecta, se nota mucho que disfruta de su trabajo y busca que los turistas comprendamos la naturaleza a nuestro alrededor y la valoremos.Muy recomendable!

Somos Rodolfo y Valeria de Santa Fe. Recomendamos 100% esta excursión. El paisaje una belleza, el guía es una persona excelente que explica e indica paso a paso los detalles del paseo, pero lo más importante es lo impactante de los ELEFANTES MARINOS. Un paseo para tomarse su tiempo y disfrutar, con una caminata de aproximadamente 6 kms sobre la playa.Realmente agradecidos a Luis y su esposa que nos trataron muy muy bien y nos recomendaron los mejores lugares.
