Plaza Colon or Colon Square is just a square, with the advantage of its strategic location, is across from the Casino Buidling and near the San Martin Pedrestrian Main Street. In it`s six blocks real space, the expanded Plaza Colon offers some of the most characteristic photographs of Mar del Plata, specially including the Casino and the Hotel Provincial. Beware the thieves and pickpockets, and be extremely careful at night.

En eso se ha convertido la Plaza Colón en los últimos 15 años, una plaza más. De noche, es una boca de lobo en todo sentido, ideal para los robos. CUIDADO !

Una plaza muy linda, con sus pasajes, su clásico y hermoso carrusel, ideal para pasar la tarde con la familia, lastima que esta un poco sucia y los turistas y también las personas contribuyen a ello. Por la noche esta bien iluminada aunque hay que estar atento ya que limita con la zona de la peatonal, bastante oscura.

La Plaza en sí es muy linda con su clásico carrusel, lastima que esta un poco descuidada y su deterioro se debe más que nada a la gente, a los turistas que ensucian y caminan por el césped no dejando de crecer el césped, de noche se puede tornar un poco insegura.
