Hedionda means dirty and honestly the color of the laguna is not that attractive.. but it is still a place to see anyway..Hedionda siginifie sale et honnêtement la couleur de cette lagune n'est pas des plus attractives mais c'est toujours un endroit à voir..

This lagoon is no more special than the other ones on the trip, but the views all around (like everywhere else in the Salar tours) are magnificent.

This is one of the group of small lakes included in all highland tours out of Uyuni. If you see one of these lakes, - you will see all 4! When all 4 lakes are taken in, this lake is really lovely. When we visited, it was the darkest and most contrasty. Here, at this time of year, you should see the three varieties of flamingo and catch them in the water and the air. The flamingos here were the least shy we saw in Bolivia.

Situated in the Avaroa National Park, this attraction was part of a four day Jeep tour from Tupiza to Uyuni.So many different colors here, the white from the sulphur and green from the moss, yellow and red from the grasses. Combined with the many flamingos gracing the lake, I found this lake to be one of the most interesting and most beautiful lakes in the park (see my photos). There is something surreal about a lake in the middle of a desert.

One of the best Lagoons in SW Bolivia where you can get great pictures of flamingos. The name of the lake comes from the sulphur that gives it the smell as well as yellow taint. If you are planning to travel through this part of the country make sure you visit this lagoon.

Es una laguna sin mucho atractivo, ademas de ser de poco tamaño comparada con las demas lagunas de bolivia. Su pecular olor solo se siente al remover la tierra humeda, nada tan terrible. De todas formas es una buena parada para conocer.

Una de las lagunas mas simples de todas, tiene un olor especial no muy agradable, pero igual no deja de ser un agrado conocer nuevos paisajes

Esta fue la seguda laguna que visitamos en el tour de 3 dias de Uyuni. Tambien se ve flamencos y lo del olor es cierto, cuando corre la brisa se siente el olor pero no es permanente ni tan fuerte como pensaba. Le pongo un "regular" porque hay lagunas mas bonitas en el tour y esta fue la que menos me gusto. Aun asi esta camino a las siguientes asi que igual vale la pena bajarse y tomar un par de fotos con los flamencos.

por un efecto de los minerales esta laguna mantiene un fuerte olor no muy agradable, pero al premanecer ahi se olvida uno un poco de ese "pero" y se enfoca mas en el paisaje. Este lugar es muy atractivo no solo por la fusion de agua en pleno desierto y amplios cielos despejados, si no porque tambien tiene centenares de flamencos comiendo/viviendo (?) en plena laguna. Recomendable para fotografiar, especialmente a los flamencos!!
