Spending the afternoon on a table, drinking a cold beer, eating some food and having a few swims in the Rio Guatapuri is an excellent way of escaping the midday heat. True, there's Vallenato blaring out of several speakers and there are quite a few annoying venders, selling souvenirs, massages, snacks and whatnot, but it is truly a local experience and pretty fun to dive off the rocks in the cool river. I thoroughly enjoyed it, although I can imagine it gets super busy on holidays and weekends.

If you can imagine a place so incredibly relaxing, where families and friends share food (I recommend the green mango with lime and salt) , beers (or Old Parr), and non-stop vallenato whilst swimming in the cool river under the hot sun, then you can imagine a day at Balneario Hurtado.

Avoid Sundays, its the local turistic place, if you want to see how they enjoy you should go, if not, avoid it and go to other places, like la mina.

Sus aguas frescas que bajan de la sierra nevada y la arbolización que hacen del rio un escenario para descansar y disfrutar en compañia de familiares o amigos ;)

Un buen sitio para disfrutar el agua fría que baja de la sierra nevada, no cuenta con vestieres y baños, lastima el desaseo de las personas que lo visitan

de los mejores lugares que tiene la ciudad la combinación de calor , brisa , y agua fría del rió junto a buena cerveza fría ... lo mejor de todo

Me encantó este lugar. Bastante tranquilo y fresco para pasar el día en familia. Hay de todo tipo de comida, o si se prefiere, se puede hacer el famoso paseo de olla. Había bastantes policías, lo que lo hacía aún más seguro.

Las aguas cristalinas del Guatapuri llegan a este sitio para refrescar el intenso calor bajo la mirada de una sirena doradaBonito pero carece totalmente de infraestructura como vestieres o bañosDice la leyenda que quien se baña en sus aguas vuelve... en mi caso funciono

Proche de la ville, on se baigne dans le rio Guatapuri, on boit de la bière. L'endroit est beau, mais il faut éviter le dimanche, jour de grande affluence, car c' est là où sortent les gens de la ville.

El Balneario es muy sucio, se estigmatiza a los turistas y además, fue en este lugar donde departía con amigos cuanto me apuntaron con un punzón y me atracaron.
