It's been a few years since I was there, but I remember it so well. The music was amazing. During the breaks, all the Ecuadorean (male) customers pulled out flutes of their own and played impromptu music together as if they were born knowing how. The inexpensive, hot alcoholic brew in jugs that was passed around and shared by all was delicious and powerful. Still don't know what sort of fruit it was (pena/pineapple?). I was surprised when dancing that they did a sort of jitterbug that I could easily follow even though most of the Indios were much shorter than I was. It was great fun!(Even though I wasn't given enough date choices for my visit there, I have no doubt it is pretty much the same.)
