My family and I came here after going to the Artesenal market for the second time (as its at the base of Las Peñas.) It was kind of boring with not much to see. Walk along the boardwalk, there are some plants and park benches. Not much else. No bathrooms in the area, you've got to head back to the Malecon.

Just a neighourhood along the river after Las Peñas. Visibly swanky but except the three small museums located there, there is not much to see and do. Unless you are interested in buying a condo.

WE enjoyed a short walking tour of Santa Ana Port, and really enjoyed learning about the area. The upscale housing along the water was beautiful!

The concept when created was great. It was supposed to be an area with several high class apartment buildings and markets on a riverfront walk. Unfortunately they constructed it and not too many people bought the apartments and many of the shops where never rented so the place looks just desolated. I would definitively go to the Cerro Santa Ana and stop there

Tucked in along side San Penas at the top end of the Malecon. Well worth a bit of a stroll, quiet and peaceful; seemed safe enough. Parts still seem to be under construction. Good views of the river.

This place is great if you just want to chill, bring a book, but there is in here, I guess you can just walk to the Malecon from here (free parking), and you can go from here to Las Peñas if you so desired. Place is clean and safe, lots of guards and cleaning crews, not a lot of shops or much to see other than Rio GUayas

We heard so much about Malecon, but we never heard about the Futuristic side of Malecon, at least that's how we called the Santa Ana Port, so many beautiful buildings, and looks like keep on going on and on, we saw the new area that's been developing right next to Santa Ana Port, beautiful, it sure going to look like West Palm Beach, FLORIDA, this is a beautiful place, they should advertise it more, we loved.

the place is nice but there is nothing, not one single bar or clothing store, the project was abandoned.
