ace of clubs

Since Ace opened in May 2014 I have been to Sa 4 times and each time you'll find me at Ace, Monday - Friday (not a fan of the DJ on Saturdays). The club is air conditioned! The staff are epic, they're super friendly, they'll dance with you and have a joke. The DJs are on point with their music, DJ LX and DJ CALI, getting it turnt up with all the latest music videos. Entry is reasonably priced. Security are friendly and watch out for the ladies especially, thank you boys! Peak periods it gets hella packed but it's a great atmosphere so it's all good. The restaurant downstairs is great too!

We ended up here a lot over the course of 15 nights in Apia this past September. If you are at all familiar with the One World nightclub in Parramatta (Syd, Aust) then it wont be too far from what you know.Pros- its very relatively new, so everything is still really clean and nice, the staff make an effort to keep it clean.There are two levels downstairs is more of a 'pub' type atmosphere complete with live band on the weekends, while the nightclub with all its smoke, techno r&b music and flashing laser lights is situated upstairs. It does close a little later than some other places simply because its the only soundproofed club in Apia and I reckon the owners do their best to push the closing times as much as they can.Cons- upstairs is never free entry and Friday and Saturday nights are always packed sardine can like in the club. The pub area meanwhile is very spacious and hardly ever fills up.We found Monday through Thursday nights were always awesome.BTW the nighclub is not wheelchair friendly, but the pub does have ramps to make for easier access.
