It doesn't matter where you are seated because you get a good view of the game regardless! There are tuck shops available, however slight more pricey than outside.

Geat for watching the Australian Open and then wandering to watch various outside courts. The arena is airconditoned and has cmfortable seats. There was plenty of food and drink outlets and everyone is in a fantastic mood.!!

A little too small it seemed for this kind of event & food & drink a little pricey. Walked from fed square which was abit of a walk so taxi probley a better bet & security ppl half were ok but half not so.

The ability to specify tickets in the shade was a great booking option. Can't imagine sitting in the sun for most of the day shielding eyes to watch tennis.A lot less hectic than Wimbledon, you could move around without bumping into people all the time.Entry lines looked daunting but seemed to move at a steady pace and queues inside for concessions were not overly long.Thoroughly enjoyed our day.

A fantastic event and so well organised. It gets better every year, but a bit hard to get a seat at the outdoor courts with a ground pass. Too many people saved seats at Hisence Arena while others queued for hours.

The atmosphere and organisation is so good that we keep coming back from New Zealand year after year.We make our bookings in March to secure great seating in the Rod Laver stadium. There are a number of events to watch including quadriplegic tennis.Quality of food is good.It is the most enloyable sporting event.I just wish Fererer could make it to the finals.

I enjoyed watching the Australian Open finals; with Murray beating the local Aussie Nick Kyrgios. All was very well organized, with food, beverage, and bathroom easily accessible. Free transit from the City via a tram was great. I purchased a ticket at an office near the visitor center for this match. There is also a ticket office near the venue. I recommend going early to purchase tickets; as well as going early to enjoy the festive grounds that include concerts.

If you are a tennis fan like me then you must not miss out on this tour. You are met at the pro shop by a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic young tennis guide, who takes you to all the places behind the scenes that one would never get to visit normally like the mens' locker rooms and the tv conference room where the greats are interviewed after their matches etc.He is a font of information about the Australian Open and it was a marvellous experience. One of my high lights when visiting Melbourne!
