We had lunch at Wyanga Park Winery, along with a glass of their fabulous riesling. Lunch was absolutely delicious and incredibly generous, and host Geoffrey was delightful.

The weather wasn't the best so we decided to go for a drive and when the road turned to gravel we turned around and diverted into this winery. Nothing fancy to look at but a very homey feeling. The lunch was excellent. The family that owns it were very friendly. The wines are quite good. Being on holiday we were not in a hurry, so it turned was would have been a bad weather day into a memorable outing. Well worth a visit.

Wyanga is like putting on a favourite pair of jeans dressing them up or down isn't important its all about the fit. This was our 3rd trip in 4 years to Lakes Entrance. You can get great deals on 4-5 star Motels at 3 star prices packaged with bonus vouchers like buy one meal get one free, free Devonshire tea for 2, pay for one massage get one free, to get you to visit local establishments where your staying at no extra cost. I always search for package deals with living social, groupon, spreet, scoopon, our deal, cudo when looking to travel. Google the Webb site followed by the country your wanting to travel to, be sure to check conditions, expiry dates, travel times carefully before committing to purchase anything. We are not really drinkers (2-4 times a year) so would never have visited a winery if not for the bonus voucher included in our package for a free Devonshire tea for 2 at Wyanga. The Winery/Café is best described as a cottage surrounded by acres of bushland and private properties. The food (scones, pies, soups) are made from scratch meaning lots of flavour without yucky added preservatives and such. The Ladies in Henry's Café are very friendly & accommodating, (within their means) & will happily have a chat, time permitting. You enter the Café via bar/wine tasting area which is an average sitting room size with a couple of 2/3 people seats, an open fire & extra table & chairs. There's a piano but me lacking the ability to play or sing have never indulged. Geoff the rather unique, light-hearted cheeky character at the bar was even able to appease my palate with a sample (meaning a small part of, not a drinking session at Geoff's cost) of Muscat which I prefer room temp, my husband, preferring it from the freezer. First visit we purchased 1 bottle, 2 the 2nd and 7 this visit, requests from Family & Friends having tried ours. Artwork adorns the walls done by local artists & Lyndel, Geoff's Wife whom I met first time this trip. The simpleness of Lyndel's artwork captured my imagination instantly the colours used will bring your soul to life & the everyday life depicting subjects such as 'His Underpants' seems to personalise your own association. I purchased Lyndels 2015 calendar this being her first along with more post/greeting cards as in the past.Limited runs of post/greeting cards are printed from her original Paintings so anything that appeals be sure to purchase it. Each time I've been the prints available to purchase have been different and there are no re-runs. Kids for whom colouring pages/pencils are not a suitable form of entertainment will need to be accommodated for. There are no special modifications for wheelchair access but a Family Friend who is in a wheelchair has visited using the main entrance with no complications. That said please note I am no expert on the different version/measurements of wheelchairs so please be sure to ring ahead to double check your requirements. I would like to thank Geoff & Lyndel for entrusting me to photograph Lyndel's copyrighted Artwork so I am able to share them with everyone.

Enjoyed a great lunch here, the fish tacos. Others on our table also had good quality food. The price was reasonable, the service responsive and quirky.

We have been to this boutique winery before but this time we shared it with family. Not far from Lakes Entrance and a pleasant drive you stumble upon a small café/wine tasting in what seems to be in the middle of the bush. After tasting some great wines we enjoyed Devonshire tea and a great cup of coffee on the verandah. Its a combination of a little art and wine making and is a quirky place to stop. We were lucky enough to get some advise on how to prune our grape vine at home last time and this time the service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff/owners was just as impressive. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

Quirky winery/ restaurant that provides good service in a lovely setting. Its a small menu of dishes they do very well. Do yourself a favour, try the seafood tacos, they were devine.

Really nice little winery. A little off the tar, however manageable by care. Some real hits with some of their wines and fortified wine/muscat, which we purchased. Food in the restaurant was great too. Some chaos in staff using the register in the wine sales area, but they were very pleasant. Average service in the restaurant. There are viewing portholes in the restaurant wall, which allow you to look at the huge wine barrels; however there were a few items that spoiled the view a little that could perhaps be removed. Would certainly recommend this place, for a tasting or a meal.

Went for lunch and after tatsing and buying some wine we ordered. Food was excellent and while service was a little slow it was because of the number of patrons. Once lunch was over we also picked up some of the delicious capsicum jam they serve with the meals. Its only about 12 km out of Lakes Entrance and worth the drive.

We were visiting from the UK & ended up going back as my husband liked the fortified wine (port ) so much he wanted to get some more to take back to the UK. This is a small winery in a lovely location much less commercialised than others we have visited. Nice cafe as well to make the most of your visit

Wyanga winery is a good 10kms from Lakes Entrance but is well signposted so you shouldn't get lost. We dropped in for an light lunch and as we were a little early decided to sample some wines. Our favourites were the Sav Blanc, the Rose and the Cab Sav. Wyanga also do a Muscat and a Port which are both worth a look. We have a good supply of these at home at the moment otherwise we would have bought a couple of these too,For lunch we shared a couple of meat and cheese platters which really hit the spot and could not go past a poached pear in red wine for dessert. My wife also tried a Muscat Milkshake which she really enjoyed and sampled a Muscat ice cream. Something to try at home during the summer I think. Wyanga is a real rustic experience, (no airs and graces here) but very welcoming. Well worth the drive out from Lakes Entrance
