First time at Auberge Beaux Reves but definitely not the last! A axing service, very clean and top notch facilities......well organized! I would recommend this retreat to anyone looking to unwind and get out of the city for awhile. Great rooms with fireplaces...river views+sounds. Friendly, attentive staff!Looking forward to returning!

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Auberge. It is situated in a very nice area, not far from Montreal. The staff was very nice and always ready to help in every way. The facilities were nice, very rustic. I will certainly go back.

First time I write a review, I'm torn between raving about this place or keeping it to myself..If your looking for a Zen kind of escape.. this is the place, I've been 3 times in so many years and seen the place evolve into a quality personal spa that offers an experience that is pleasurable and affordable, love the rooms the mesmerising sound of the river that drowns out the sound of the close but convenient main road 117. I rate the place excellent for what it offers.kindest regards, Phil-T

The customer service at Auberge Beaux Rêves Spa is absolutely amazing. We got on the road late and when we didn't show up by a certain time, the front desk actually called out of concern that we had gotten lost. When they realized we might not make it before closing, they gave us instructions on how to access our room despite our tardiness, rather than just turning us away. Incredible! Our massages were wonderful and the grounds were very comfortable and homey. It was an amazing experience.

We came on promotion coupon for Spa. Our expectation were low because of some negative reviews and some the fact that the photographs don’t do a great job at portraying the whole landscape. Creepy, my wife said. Yes the property is a smaller than it could be and is too close to the road. Also this is not a “large scale” corporate spa with everyone wearing white cotton uniforms and name tags and boasting triplicate of every resource.However the property is absolutely beautiful with award-winning vistas down to the river. The gentle roar of the river has the effect of drowning out noise from the road and conversations around you. We went in early June and expected to have to spend the day underwater or indoors to avoid the mosquitoes, but the perhaps due to the wind and hot sun, there were none all day. Staff was very friendly and genuine. Spa facilities are OK. Hammocks and chairs were all brand new. Lots of landscaping. You can see try that owners care and try hard, but it is hard to keep everything working and looking new especially when they are targeting a price conscious demographic. We ended up having lunch and spending the whole afternoon and left with no regrets.

This Spa is exactly what I was looking for! It is set in a natural environment where you can sit back and enjoy listening to the water flowing from the river below while catching some rays; or just enjoy soaking in the hot water and watching the birds. I started my day stressed out and left reconnected to myself and nature. The employees were all very nice and accommodating. My friend and I enjoyed a great day in the SPA; we enjoyed pedicures, massages and had an excellent lunch. We loved it so much that we decided that we would go back again for a weekend because we just didn’t want to leave this little piece of heaven!!!Thanks so much to the staff for making our day perfect! I feel very lucky to have had another great nordic spa day at Beaux Reves! It's been awhile since I had visited and I really enjoyed getting away and just doing nothing for hours. It was a rainy day but I didn't care because it was warm so I brought a baseball cap and spent the day relaxing and doing the nordic circuit hot, cold, relax and never had to worry about the rain or my hair and it wasn't very busy because I guess most people don't realize rain doesn't matter because you're always getting wet anyways. Best time was sitting in the big thermal pond beside the river where you find your spot and sit on these huge rocks, it's really unique and beautiful!

Not sure who and what the intent of this review is what it is all about. This review offers no value at all to readers either positive or negative, all it does is repeat we are not a spa. False we are a SPA!!!Our facilities are located by a beautiful river with, natural river whirlpools, nature path, hammocks and lawn chairs where guests can be facing the nature listening to the rushing river. We have a thermal pond, Nordic waterfall, 2 dry saunas, a steam room, relaxation area and Inra-red heated zones. Hi to all our guests and readers, we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this review. It is unfortunate that in some instances guests will use social media/Tripadvisor to try and discredit a reputable business because they did not get what they wanted. In other words it’s not about a positive or negative review. We cherish all reviews good or bad as constructive either way, as we are always trying to improve and better ourselves. (As one can see overlooking all the changes and improvements in the last 19 years.) As with any reservation cancelling at the last minute might result in cancellation fees, change of date fees or a coupon DEAL (with clear rules , restrictions , expiry dates, etc) certificate being unusable due to the circumstances. We can assure everyone we always try to accommodate and find a solution if it makes sense, but there are LIMITS. If a client calls after the coupon is expired, sorry you missed the bus on the DEAL… however as the law states we HAVE to honor the coupon and we DO honor the coupon. But the DEAL is lost and the guest must pay the difference with the going rate. Having said all that in this case the guest never visited our new facilities and our just disputing a coupon DEAL’s expiry date and the conditions…We would like to mention we do know about hospitality and have proven so thousands of times. We have received many awards and stand by our reputation.If guests are fair we are fair.Cheers
