Just as we thought we will be wasting time downtown looking for places we would want to go to, the big bold "i" symbol appears smack in the middle of the town on Place des Anciens Combattants. The staff was very helpful writing down the places on the map. She gave us a free parking pass for 5 hours. I'm surprised the city has a single art gallery that sells art? Apparently rue Saint Germain is the city's main artery and businesses can be found on or near it.

Although we are visiting family when we come to Rimouski, we always stop at the tourist bureau to see what is happening while we will be in Rimouski. The staff are always helpful. One of the nice courtesies extended to tourists is that you can get a parking pass for your car so you do not have to pay for parking at the meters in Rimouski. What a great idea and of course, we always do some shopping and stop for coffee in town. It is nice not to have to keep an eye on the time while enjoying the still vibrant downtown.

Don't hesitate to pop-in and ask questions.They are very friendly and happy to help.And they will probably surprise you with activities you had not thought were available in the area.

Bien situé au centre ville de Rimouski l'équipe donne un bon service pour aider les touristes à bien découvrir la région. Le bâtiment contient toutes les commodités pour convenir aux passant d'une journée comme à ceux qui veulent découvrir en profondeur cette magnifique région

Courtois et serviable, j'ai obtenu plusieurs pamphlets et suggestions pour occuper mes invités venus de France. Ils ont été très généreux avec le temps qu'ils m'ont accordés et l'information que j'ai obtenu

Que vous soyez de la région ou non, vous pouvez y trouver votre compte. On y trouve de tout sur les attractions et endroits à voir en ville et dans les alentours. et on peut toujours obtenir des informations, brochuress, cartes touristiques etc... sur d'autres régions du Québec.

Informations pertinentes. L'accueil est bien menée et accueillant. On suggère plus que demandé. Et le sourire est de mise.

Génial! j'étais venu m'informer pour un hôtel et ils m'ont trouvé la dernière chambre de l'hotel st-germain que ma conjointe voulais mais qui étais plein au moment de la réservation! ils ont appelé pour la réserver pour nous. merci encore.
