I have been to several premium outlets in the US, so money wise, Canada doesn’t compare at all with the deals found in the states. It is relatively smaller than most outlets with only 75 stores, however, I did find some good deals during my visit after Christmas. The cottage in the middle which houses the fast food restaurants is a very nice touch. You can take a moment to chill close to the fireplace. Don’t forget to register on the web site, download your VIP pass, present it to the customer service kiosk and receive a VIP coupons booklet at no extra cost. Happy shopping!

Was there with my wife. She enjoyed it for the sales on many items. Interesting for the ones looking for clothings. Other than that not much for guys i find.

Outdoor concept shopping area. There's pretty much a lot of the known stores. There's good deals, but there's also the regular prices (for the new collections and upcoming season, which is normal). They're stilling working on a new phase, so it will simply get better and bigger as the years go by. We spent a good 2 hours (on a VERY COLD day), which means it's pretty good:pEnjoy:)

I drove up to Mirabel on a whim on December 30th, bright and early in order to arrive just as the stores opened and to secure parking closer to the shops that interested me. I arrived around 10am and keeping in mind almost all shops are accessible only from outside (except for the ones connected to the food court like Michael Kors), it was a good idea because parking spots near the main access points were already filling up. I am a VIP Club member and went to the service desk, located at the food court, to collect my additional coupon booklet. As many have stated before, this Premium Outlet mall does not compare to the Woodbury outlet in NY state or the Gilroy outlet in California, therefore I was not surprised that it was a small coupon booklet and that there weren't many high-end shops available. Overall the sales were OK, for example the Bay outlet had some good deals and so did Coach, but with the 15% sales tax in Quebec, saving were not that great. The mall could use anchors like Saks Off 5th or Neiman Marcus Last Call to help attract other shops that would benefit from the added foot traffic. I don't expect to be returning in the near future, unless some new shops open, especially given the distance and time it takes to drive up there from Montreal.

Do we get US prices? No, did we ever? These outlets are nicely built, well appointed and pleasant. Could they be bigger, of course, they always can. But, they are nice. The restaurant section is amazing. Why do they have to build them so far away from the city? Parking? Taxes? I don't know.If you go there thinking this is the same as Woodbury, Merrimack or Wrenthan, then you might be disappointed, but if you like shopping, it's a nice alternative to driving all the way the a distant US location.

I have heard from people talking about this outlets which is not worth to go but I still want to go at least once to see whether it's true. Well, the price was almost the same as the regular mall in Montreal. The merchandises were old stuffs and not new. I don't think I will go again by travelling around 45 minutes to be there!!

\What a waste of my time and gas. I intended to tackle the outlets and get some early Xmas shopping done; clearly it was a big waste of time. Some stores have not yet opened, for ex: Hugo Boss, etc. In terms of store selection, it doesn't even compare to those of the USA. No real high end store. Additionally, I personally feel there are tons of Quebec type stores that are missing in these outlets, perhaps they will come later but i was not pleased at all with the store selections at launch. You're looking to get reoccurring customers that will drive there weekend over weekend, not one time visitors. If you think it's anything close to the USA Premium outlets you are mistaken. Prices don't compare to those of the USA at all. Coach offered 50% which looked really attractive at first, but then when it's 50% off of full cdn price, it's not that attractive (even at 50% off). Im a VIP customer on Premium site and i wasn't able to find many printable promotional coupons, there were 5 in total.The area and configuration is nice, but that's about it. Even in terms of restaurant/food courts, options are missing and there is no Starbucks. Common guys, if you are going to launch a Premium outlets in the outskirts of Montreal, it better be worth everyone's while and it was not. Truly disappointed.

It is brand new, so stores are not yet full of merchandise as it could be. But it is very interesting. Of course, it is in Canada, so it is more expensive than in USA. But if you check closely, there are good bargains to make. And of course the 15% tax... A lot of people so far, and in a few weeks there will be more. First one in Quebec, so closer and interesting.

Une autre occasion de consommer. Plus besoin de franchir la frontière pour visiter Premium Outlet. La formule est cependant la même. Quelques locaux sont toujours disponibles. Est-ce que cette initiative survivra plus de 5 ans?

Beaucoup de grand magasin, beau grandiose...le seul hic c'est le meme principe que les faubourg, chaque magason a une porte vers l'exterieur, donc lorsqu'il fait froid il n'est vraiment pas plaisant d'entrer et de ressortir d'un magasin (j'en ai eu un rhume)on a beau dire qu'il y a un énorme foyer et cie pour nous chauferr mais ce n'est pas assez pour les grand froid. Le parking est vraiment grand.
