I never thought I would try kayaking, never mind enjoy it, but I loved it. Went with some friends and had a great afternoon. The employees were very friendly, helpful and informative. Truly a wonderful experience.

We have enjoyed kayak safari ever since it opened. The present owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the river and safety. I would give it a ten but I can only give it a five. You will enjoy it beyond words and multiple visits add to the joy of kayaking with kayak safari.Lorraine Krause

Easy kayak ride with easy paddling ( light current makes it easy ) Double or single kayaks ..bus ride no carrying of equipement to a dropoff and just enjoy a narrow country side clear river .. A must ..

We have been to Kayak Safari three times. Each time has been as much fun, if not more, than the last.The people working there are helpful and friendly.The river is very clear with some areas being shallow other areas are deeper. Beautiful old trees line most of the river sometimes touching the water. Just picturesque. You are kayaking in one direction. They bring you by Van to your departure point and you kayak back to their center. It takes about 2 ½ to 3 hours. They have single and double kayaks. You need to make a reservation.Bring a camera in a plastic bag, you will want to take some photos, water bottle, snacks. If you are like our teens and want to splash each other have a change of shorts and a towel in the car.Best: Price is reasonable, friendly staff, clear water, not crowded, small groups accepted.Least: ….. I can’t come up with anything.

The people who organize this are so nice and friendly. You can bring snacks and drinks with you in the kayak and even stop for a pic-nik.The water is mostly very shallow and calm, crystal clear water l with nature all around you.Reasonable prices and I'd suggest to reserve in advance.

C'est une façon parfaite de s'initier au Kayak. Vous avez juste a suivre le courant de la rivière sur les différents parcours. Les descentes sont d'environs de 2 à 3 heure, tout dépend de votre forme physique et de votre habileté. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique. A faire et à refaire, tout simplement!!

C'est la deuxième année que nous allons faire du kayak avec safari, nous avons été transporté en véhicule jusqu'au point de départ par un gentil (GO) qui nous a expliqué quoi faire rendu a quelques points, et combien de temps il nous reste. le courant nous ramène au point de départ. On fait du kayak pour nous ramener au centre parfois quand les rapide nous transporte vers les bords, sinon c'est pas nécessaire, nous avions apporté notre lunch et mangé tout en se faisant transporté, on peu même pêcher, la prochaine fois on apporte notre canne et nos vers. Il y a un endroit ou il y a des rapides a traversé, moi j'ai mal pris la vague et un peu d'eau est rentré dans mon kayak, ça bien fait rire mon conjoint. La vue est splendide et reposante, on est dans un canal et on croise des champs, des maisons, des outardes beaucoup d'oiseaux dont une variété que j'appelais des hirondelles mais mon conjoint dis que non, a notre point d'arrivée le GO nous attendais sur le quai et nous a aidé a débarquer, nous avons rapporté nos paguais a la boutique et le GO s'occupais des kayak, très gentil. Ils n'ont pas de toilette mais on peu allez au subway en face sans gêne car c'est le même propriétaire et il y a un magasin a 1$ en face qui vendent de tout, même des Cannes a pêche,

Ce fut un tres belle apres midi !!! Facile pour toute la famille meme les moins en forme !!!Ala fin de l éete l eau est tres basse, donc pas beaucoup de rapide, mais quand meme du courant,. A remonter c est du sport!!Le tour de 3 hrs prend en realité 2hrs15, alors si vous avez du temps et aimez lee kayak optez plutot pour le tour de 6hrs !!
