Its a good theater, and I had a lot of good memories there. Its not the BIGGEST or the SMALLEST, but its an average good theater with good shows and also, for a good deal you can also present your own show too! Just talk to the manager about rental fees, and they are pretty friendly about it!

My husband and I were visiting Vancouver and decided we wanted to see a play while here. We happened upon the showing of The Grandkid at the Gateway. We called and booked two tickets for the following night. They gave us some restaurant recommendations around the theatre for a quick dinner beforehand.The Gateway is a lovely theatre-not a bad seat in the house!Everyone was so friendly and the actors who performed in The Grandkid were outstanding. The set design was wonderful, too! We would highly recommend this theatre!

There are great shows planned for the upcoming season and the last of this season is happening now. The seating in the theatre allows for sufficient leg room and the parking lot is well lit. Great to support local theatre.

Plenty of parking and convenient location make this a good place to spend some time relaxing. Good variety of snack food, of course at movie theater prices.

This local theatre has a great annual series of plays. The lobby and seating area are all well maintained. There is a small snack bar with a generous choice of drinks and snacks. The acoustics and audio-visual equipment equal the quality of anything in downtown Vancouver.

This is a great theater, very well kept professional theater. Its about 4 stories tall with raked seating. They also run a drama school there which my kids have really enjoyed over the years.

when you are a seasons ticket holder ...you don't miss any of the productions...the seating is great because the theater is a reasonable size and the sound is excellent....they include parking with season ticket holders

The Gateway Theatre is a fine venue for local and distant talent to entertain the residents of Richmond. Parking can be a bit of a challenge to se certain to arrive early
