Hi Walkersmoon, thank you for your feedback on your recent visit with us. We’re very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. Our “Build-A-Mini” set has a 5 piece maximum. We follow this system to ensure that all of our guests have the opportunity to build. Unfortunately, we don’t allow exceptions to this system simply because there wouldn’t be enough pieces for children to build with. In terms of our rides, we have a weight capacity that we cannot exceed. This is usually not a problem with children going on our rides. However, when we have multiple adults that would like to ride; we sometimes need to monitor the weight distribution to ensure our guests’ safety. Again we are very sorry about your experience. We are pleased to offer a variety of workshops that coincide with the Ontario School Curriculum and cater to different age groups. You’re correct, we are smaller in size. This is because we are a midway attraction that is intentionally designed to promote a more hands on and play based learning experience. Hi Anjushka, Thank you very much for your feedback on your recent visit with us. We’re very happy to hear that your son was happy and had fun playing with our LEGO® bricks but very disappointed to learn that this experience did not meet your expectation. While our admission prices are that of any average attraction in the Greater Toronto Area, we understand admission could be quite costly for entire families. This is why we have partnered with vendors such as COSTCO that sell our tickets at reduced rates. While there are LEGOLAND® theme parks all over the world, we are the only LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Canada. We were built as a midway attraction that is smaller in size to promote more integrated play based learning. We’re sorry to learn that you found our café prices too expensive. We believe in selling nutritious quality food that is reasonably priced. We are always looking for better ways to improve the attraction so thank you for your input and honesty.
