I love Rainbow falls. Its great for campers, hikers and adventurers. I havent camped here yet but hiking is beautiful. There is a bridge that walks over the falls. My pictures are from late summer and the water was low. Great time to go would be eary summer. They have trails that stay around the grounds or a trail that hookes up to the Casque Isles. Starts in Rossport Onatio and goes right to Rainbow Falls to Schreiber and ends in Terrece Bay Ontario. Multi skill hike.

There are many steps to walk but the falls are worth the trip. The stairs are all wood and well kept.

Rainbow Falls Provincial Park is slotted in a beautiful area leading to Lake Superior. Even though it is a recreational park, being smaller than some of the other provincial parks, it still manages to offer a fair amount of privacy on the sites. Located close to Rossport that has many attractions itself, including the wreck of the Gunida just off shore that is often used for technical dives. The Rainbow Falls themselves are lovely. My husband took a great picture of me hauling myself up with the rope that was available. Another very beautiful spot nearby is Aquasabon Falls and Gorge - stunning! Our stay was short but very enjoyable. I love hiking, so the trail along the falls was breathtaking for me.

Rainbow falls is not just 1 fall, it is numerous falls that travel down a rapids. There are many overlooks, and some people were going out to the middle of the rocks, (in the river) to get better pictures.

We stopped and did the rainbow falls hike (easy, just a lot of stairs) - a lovely short walk with great proximity to the falls. We did a further short hike to a lookout with beautiful views. Worth it even if you don't have a lot of time.

Rainbow Falls Provincial Park in the fog and drizzle and overcast cannot live up to its potential, regardless, the falls were an experience as was the park itself.

Beautiful park with tons of trails of varying hiking levels. We saw gorgeous falls with plenty of photo ops!

We almost skipped this site because the photos in the guide book didn't show an impressive waterfall, but we're so glad we stopped. There is an easy boardwalk trail which gets you right up to the falls. My kids loved being able to see the falls close-up. It really was beautiful and relaxing.

We stopped at this Park on our Circle tour, and it was a great stop. It was a bit drizzly, so we didn't see any rainbows, but the trail down to the main falls was easy to walk and had multiple places to stop and look at the Falls as you went up and down. Very pretty, nice and quiet even for early July. Definately worth the stop. If you are driving along this way, you can buy a day-pass for a few dollars and use it at both Rainbow and Neys parks.

Very clean, every site has views, sounds and smells of Lake Superior. Love this place.
