We organised a canoe trip with AO on their Ultimate outfitting package and were very impressed with the value and content of our rental. Over an above this, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. An amazing service which gets you set up to tackle the outdoors.

As camping/wildlife-nitwits, we booked a super de luxe outfitting for a one-night stay in Algonquin Park. What we got was just awesome - everything (no, even more) supplies and food that we could ever think of. We had high quality new equipment, such as an easy to set-up tent, pans and pots, a great lightweight canoe, and what have you. We got so many food, we could not eat all of it during our stay! All this was presented to us by very friendly and helpful staff, and extra kudos for Neil who combined enthusiasm with knowledge in such a great way that we couldn't wait to get started.The only downside may have been that we had no butter or oil to bake the morning pancakes in, which left me with a dirty pan and dito cleaning job during our only morning in Algonquin. But come on, butter? I'm really nit-picking here.

a very well stocked camping store..a various supply of camping items for all ages and sports minded..they do also rent cabins and yorts..staff is very friendly..prices are same as other retailers.

We rented the canoe to go up the Oxtongue river here. Nice freindly staff and good service. It's the closest rentalshop if you want to go up oxtungue river from outside the park.

Very helpful folks working here. I came one day to get information on canoe rentals. I was given information about either taking a canoe on my car to a location of my choice, or simply having them put one in the water so I could paddle the waters adjacent the store.I opted for the latter and paddled from the store to Ragged falls.The canoe and paddle were good quality and I was provided with a map, estimated time for the return trip as well as points of interest along the way. Cost for the day was dirt cheap compared to canoe rental costs closer to Toronto. The store is well stocked with plenty of outdoor gear if you happen to need anything for your camping pleasure. I will definitely return.
