The grounds are immaculate and all is beautiful. They have amazing walking trails, and offer many other year round options. Well worth the trip to see. Always something going on up there!

We walked with the dogs from the parking lot to the bridge, probably about 2 miles. The path is very well maintained and is an easy walk. They have a few benches along the route to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings.Spent an enjoyable couple of hours.

This park is named 'Island Lake' in honour of Michael Island who was the first settler on the land around the lake. He came from Ireland about 1830Great for hiking with connecting bridges over the lake.No charge if you walk or bike in, only for cars.

Take a beautiful walk, ski, snowshoe through the park and then finish with a walk to a nearby coffee shop. The singing trees are beautiful...go on a damp windy day and there is no explanation needed. Looked like the ice fishermen were having fun.

Great place to walk or go for a picnic. Very relaxing. Great family outing. Shallow lake for fishing.

When finished the bridge to connect the two paths this will be a great bicycle or walking path around and across Island Lake...so close to Orangeville. Ideal spot for a quiet picnic.

My husband and I took a walk halfway around the lake. Beautiful views. Conservation area is well used and maintained. Swimming and picnics allowed. Good for all ages.

it was a great place to go for a pinic and walk on the trails!! It was great how it started on highway 10 than went to the hockley valley!!!!

This is a seasonal location that has a large lake for wind surfing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter. It's a peaceful area for hiking as well.
