Ushers are volunteers, who are well trained. It is a very comfortable venue with comfy seats. Sound system works well, sound is great in any section of the theatre. A reasonable price for a nice evening out.

Any performance that I have been to has been well done, well organized and entertaining. It doesn't matter what seat you choose you will always have a good view. Price is reasonable and well worth not having to travel to the city.

comfortible theatre - Staff was courtious, flowers were availible for purchase onsite for the little dancers. very nice.

Nice little theatre. There are no bad seats. Nice to know this is at our back door! Nice cheap night out

The shows that are presented at the Newmarket Theatre are very high quality and provide an wonderful evening of entertainment. The only concern is that the sound is not always consistent throughout the theatre.

I have never been disappointed when I have attended a production at the Newmarket Theatre.Comfortable seating, quality performances.

This theatre is an affordable alternative to going downtown to Toronto. Most seats have good sightlines in the 400 seat house, and the prices for most shows are less than half of what they are in Toronto. Season subscriptions and some deals on group rates make it even more attractive. Wheelchair accessible, on-line and telephone selection of tickets work well. Note that a fee is added for on-line payment.

Our local theatre has plays produced by local theatre groups, choir performances, and guest stars. The schedule can be found on the Town of Newmarket/ Newmarket Theatre website.There is excellent entertainment available, at very reasonable cost

I love newmarket theatre! A great place to perform or watch a performance. Marquee especially puts on great very reasonably priced shows! Check them out!Staff are friendly and curteous and really seem to enjoy their jobs although they aren't the quickest, their personality more than makes up for it.

This is an excellent venue for community theatre. Comfortable seating with great site lines from every seat.
