F&M is a great small brewery tour. As a craft brewer they don't occupy a huge facility but they take you through every step of the way. Our tour guide was not just a guide, but an actual member of the brew team so he was very knowledgeable. The tour is very inexpensive and even less so if you are lucky enough to find a Groupon as we did. The whole thing including tasting only lasts about an hour so easy to fit in on a Saturday. The only down side is tours are not available every weekend so be sure to plan ahead.
