a nice night out a place to go to for relaxation races are exciting food is good drinks are alittle pricey but over all still cheap night for the wife and i and some nights even better when we win

Stayed for the day, won some, lost some. Went with family and friends to try our luck. All in all a good day.

This is located in Elora - not Kitchener. Don't go expecting a 'Trump' kind of place - it's quaint, smaller - perfect for our area and the food in the restaurant is some of the best I've ever eaten.

It was a beautiful evening, and I had never been to the Grand River Raceway before, even though I have lived in this region most of my life. The staff at the track were all quite friendly, but I found the place to be quite small. It took moments to check the whole place out from one side to the other before race time. Very clean place, including bathrooms. There is a casino here as well, but the races are what we came for, so we didn't visit. I had a good time! I even picked the winning horse in the third race, wished I'd have bet more.

This was our first time at Elora Raceway, so we played the slots for awhile. It is a small casino and has no poker machines, which my husband plays so he was disappointed. Then we went up to the Club House for the buffet and races, it was nicely set up and for $16.99 it was a decent buffet with enough choices. If it was a nicer day we could have walked down main street of Elora which is quite nice and would have been enjoyable. We would go back there for a day out.

Horse racing is always exciting, the small pretty town of Elora makes it even better. Always something special going on at every race night. Food is pretty good too - slots for fun afterwards - great place for a group gathering

A great place for friends and family to meet and have some fun cheering on your favorite racehorse. Looking forward to the 2014 race season.

Grand River Raceway is a fun place to visit but please don't look for it in Kitchener, it's in Elora Ontario.

dining raceside was entertaining. The slots were fun. ordered fish and chips which was a large portion. Also opportunity to place bet steps away.

We had the buffet, the food was terrible; trays were left empty and it was a race in itself to get a full plate at any given time. It was my birthday dinner and it was embarrassing to have invited friends to such a lunch bag let down.
