I was recommended to Al's by a friend who does work in the area. When I walked in the door and located the men's section of shoes/boots which I was interested in I was approached by a very friendly staff member (Tammy) who asked me what I was looking for. After explaining my needs in winter foot ware, she politely said look around and when I was ready for help to just ask. I found a great boot, but she pointed me to a same alternative and it was a better choice. Got a great boot, great price and supper service. Thanks Tammy!!

Disappointing stop here. For name brand shoes, you pay the name brand price. Much better deal at an outlet store - at Canada One outlet Niagara for example. If you are prepared to pay big money anyway, then this location has great selection and many helpful staff. They also have shoes for the entire family, in all shapes & sizes. So, if you have money to spend on high end and sought after brands, then enjoy the experience.

Great selection of well known brands and some not so well known. Great prices. Bring your purse as you will need it. You will always find something here. Whenever we have visitors I will bring them here, they never leave disappointed!

If you live anywhere in Southwestern Ontario this store is worth the drive. I have told many people who drive from other cities for this huge selection of shoes for the entire family in many highly sought after brands at super prices. It is rare if you can't find something that fits the bill at this store.Great shoes at great prices.

We usually shop at other shoe stores. But this time we went to Al's.. Went looking for sandles for our trip to Jamaica.. The owner himself took me to another room where all the summer shoes were.... this was great of him to do this. I found all that i needed for myself and my husband in sandle wear for our trip.
