super waves and not dangerous at all for young and old to enjoy the crystal turquoise waters, snorkelling in a tranquility way

We sampled other beaches like baby beach and eagle beach but you couldn't beat Arashi for snorkeling from shore and overall peace and quiet. It's got aquamarine water and a view of the California lighthouse. Get there early if you want to snag some shade under a thatched hut. It's windy so beach umbrellas are difficult to secure. And, like all the beaches, there were no restrooms or lifeguards.

PERFECT FOR US! As our house was right there. It's been windy so far, but the beach is breathtaking.

This was a nice little beach which we visited several tmes a week during our month stay. We arrived each time by 8 AM so that we could be assured of getting a palapa. The beach was nice but the walk in involved a drop which I didn't like. The water was also nice. There was some snorkeling to be had. It was a nice beach.

Beautiful beach, no issues leaving our stuff in the sand while we explored the water. Snorkeling was a bust as the water was murky. It's rained everyday since we got here, so perhaps it's just a seasonal issue. The area shows great promise. Hint, bring a bottle of water to rinse your feet off with prior to getting in your vehicle as there isn't any showers here to rinse off with.

We went to Aruba for our honeymoon. We explored most of the beaches on the island and Arashi was by far our favorite on the island and remains one of our favorites in the entire carribbean. We spent most of our trip here. The water is beautiful and generally calm, decent snorkeling right off shore, and not too crowded with tourists. Locals frequent this beach as well and we enjoyed spending a few afternoons with them. There is no food or drink but we always bring our own cooler with beer and cold cuts so that was fine with is. We Can't wait to go back.

This beach is our favorite. It's much less crowded than Palm Beach. It's close to the prime snorkel sites like Boca Catalina, so you can either swim from Arashi or walk to them. Snorkeling is also not too bad right near the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent if you need them. There aren't watersports rentals/etc. there, and in fact a lot of locals go there, so it's quieter than the resort beaches.

This is in the far northeast side of the island, and is reasonably good for snorkeling as well as swimming. No facilities that I recall.

We enjoyed Arashi Beach as it was one of the less crowded beaches. We ended up at the very end of the beach toward the tip of the island and enjoyed the views. Be care of the sea urchins. We found 2 while walking along the shore. Nice place to relax on the beach.

Great beach without the crowds. There are a few huts, which you can get if you arrive early. Beach chairs are available for $7 each. Snorkeling is okay. Not extremely colorful, but I spotted a pretty cool flounder that was in the sand. I suggest you come down here if you are in the high rises.
