      Let me start by saying that we've been going here the entire week and lost a few bucks to say the least, I totally get that casinos weren't built to lose money, but this place takes the cake. My GF was playing slot machines all along until she noticed at one point (last night) that her slip (slot machine voucher) had a typo/error reading 0.80¢ on it and the screen on the machine read $80.80 which should've been the correct amount on the voucher after depositing some funds and playing only a few spins. So she brings it to my attention and I call over the management/mechanics personal and it started to get ugly by them telling us it can't be true, I remember specifically this mechanic Maury being so rude and disrespectful to me and my GF that I asked security to keep him away from us and the shenanigans continued about them not believing us and what not. This went on for a good 20 minutes as we were both embarrassed due to the fact that they thought we were trying to pull a fast one (even after I told them to look at the video and they said it didn't work...COME ON NOW!!!). We then asked who was in charge of the casino and a guy by the name of Rick came over with no sense of urgency and didn't have a clue what to do besides stand there dumbfounded with his arms crossed the entire time, we even asked if we could go in an private office (due to the embarrassment) and they said they didn't have one, so the idiosyncrasies continued on the casino floor while the Friday night crowed watched us plead our case for a lousy $80.00 that the SLOT Machine printer messed up on. Not sure how, but the management team even accused this innocent guy for the disappearance of the voucher and he said his family's been going to this specific casino for 30 years... "His mother (Sugar) is well known here". I have to thank 2 of the security guys (Humphrey & Jonathan) as they were so kind, understanding and professional. without them this place is a total JOKE...not even kidding! Final thought........If this was my casino I'd fire everyone on last nights management team because they don't have a clue about customer service or how to run a casino, never mind how to keep customers coming back.....period!!!

      Bob, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are diligently working on improving the smoke situation in the Casino and have already taken some mitigating steps. I apologize for the incident at the Craps table but Casino Policy is not to allow the dice to be rubbed on the table to prevent the dice becoming damaged and not perfectly square.Alhambra Casino Management.

Unfortunately the days of our drink servers serving snacks are long gone and instead of having annoying Jackpot bells ringing we now announce over our PA system all Jackpots as soon as they happen so that everyone in the Casino can know about them.
