We had our adventure on Friday March 6, 2015 at 9am. It was just my husband and I, our two guides and a guide in training. The hike through the woods across the suspension bridge was beautiful. I was a little out of breath during the climb but I made it ok. The zip line was very exciting. Although we had been on zip lines before the guides explained everything very carefully so we were well prepared and felt very safe. Next we rappelled down the 70 feet cliff face. Again very exciting and felt very safe with the great instructions from the guides. Then on to our kayaks to paddle through the cave to see bats. It was a great way to spend the morning. I highly recommend this adventure to everyone in the area. Many thanks to Batey Zip line for a wonderful memory.

Wow, what a fun afternoon. Easy to find office. When I walked into there main office I could tell this was a top notch company. Everyone there associated with this company were extremely nice and inviting. In our group there were two couples, along with my brother and my two kids. My son is 11( big into adventure, extreme skier) and my daughter 9 who I wasn't sure how this would work. She has Downs and very athletic but can be hit or miss. Well this company made this adventure amazing for all. We learned so much about the area. Everyone in our group had a blast. My daughter could not wait for the next line. I have been on a lot of fun adventures in life with and without Kids and this is a fun positive place to have one.John

My two sons and I had a really nice time on our trip. This was unlike some of the other zip line tours we have done (Xplor in Cancun) - this was a small group, with two guides (Jorge and Augusto). Jorge shared a wealth of knowledge about the history and environment of that part of Puerto Rico, which added a lot to the tour. So you didn't have the volume of Xplor, but it was a more relaxing and personal experience.Pay attention to the directions - the directions are accurate, but you need to be on your toes to find the facility.It was a really nice way of learning about Puerto Rico. It's also near the Rio Camuy Caverns and Arecibo observatory - consider combining some all of these to make it a full day.

I took a group of women on this tour while we were on a work trip in Puerto Rico. It was an amazing experience. The guides were very knowledgeable, and we felt 100% safe the entire time. The ziplining was a great experience, and we also loved walking across the bridge. The only downfall was the rains made it where we were not able to go into the cave, but they refunded that portion of our trip. We would absolutely do it again!

My friends and I had a great time at the Batey tours. Not only were the tours fun with all the zip lining, rappelling and kayaking that we did, but also very informative about the natives and traditions of the region. Jorge was very friendly and helpful and even helped us make plans for the rest of the trip while we were at PR.The tour itself was well paced and even though we were a little late to get there, we had the full experience of the tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We also enjoyed plenty of freshly grown fruits from his land while hiking, and the zip - lines were thrilling. Thanks Batey for the wonderful time we had and making the experience memorable !!Rohit

One of our best days in Puerto Rico!! Jorge and Gliden (sorry if I misspelled) were extremely helpful and patient. I was nervouse to zip line but not going to miss an opportunity to do it. And it was way cool!! Repelling was very fun too. The river was blocked but our short boat ride into the cave and my husbands swimming in the cold river was great. The river should be cleared soon. There were only 4 in our group so the time went fast. We also went for a horse back ride! Nice Paso Fino horses.

We were a group of 4 friends (one of them scared of highs) Alvin and Edwin made all of us feel safe and secure. We really enjoyed the ziplines, ride into the caves and the rapelling looking forward to go back. Good for all ages lot of walking good excersize

We arrived at Batey kiosk store on Carr 111 and met the friendly Jorge. He drove us to his property where we kayaked with Jorge through the cave after hiking across the suspended bridge. Jorge is very knowledgeable of his environment and loves what he is doing. It was a treat to be with such a wonderful person in such a peaceful and tranquil place.We would recommend this company for your adventures! Thanks Edwin and Jorge; we had a great time! Tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. This was our first time ziplining and rappelling and it was a blast! Would give this company the highest recommendation--of all the good times that we had in Puerto Rico this was, hands down, our absolute favorite!

We went on the trip with our family who ranged from 17 to 75, and everyone had a great time. My 73 year old mother, who thought she would pass on the expedition, did it all, zip lining, rappelling and boating. The guides are amazing and great guys. They made it so much fun for everyone. We would definitely recommend it!
