I went there without knowing exactly what to expect. To my surprise I greatly enjoyed the experience. Wanda and her staff are very well prepared, gentle, and professional. The discussion is very interesting and make you feel proud about locals with successful initiatives, like Wanda. She is very familiar and demonstrate her knowledge of the field. We fully recommend it and we are coordinating to return with family and friend.

I'm prof. Echevarria, I took a group of my students to this attraction and I can tell you from the heart this is something everyone can add to their "bucket list"!!! My students are funiversity level and they were having so much fun... so was I.Where else in Puerto Rico can you make your own cheese and add your initials to it??? Nowhere else. besides, the dinamic of the workshop-tour are super. Wanda Otero is an authority at what she does and her expertise is commendable. i recommend this activity to everyone who visits PR or is from PR; This is a MUST DO! As a professional tour guide and tourism teacher... This is as good as they come!!! A golden opportuity no one is alloud to miss and super accesible.It's very easy to get there. a very easy going learning experience of healthy artisan cheese...yummy tasting and fun cheese making! Excellent and educational... also great for kids! loved it!

My family loves great cheese, so this tour was one of the activities we were most looking forward to doing. We were really pleased that Wanda made such an effort to fit us in on short notice. There was some fabulous cheese to sample, information on how cheese is made as well as information about the dairy industry. Then we were able to make our own cheese - very cool! We each selected different seasonings. It will take some time to cure before we can try it. We made arrangements to have it shipped.

Excellent attraction for those who are seeking to do something different. The cheese samplings, the hands on experience and the people were super nice. Definitely will recommend it!
