What a great trip... We went with the In-Laws... Not a long wait.. We got there in the am about 10am so the sun would not be too hot. Carlos does the bay trip but if you are up to it he also has kayaks and paddle board for rent. There is an excursion for $60/pp an all day trip to a private Island and every thing included ... Will try next time

We like to do kayaking because it is a very good exercise and at the same time a relaxing way to enjoy nature. Tropical Pirate Eco Tours lets you practice this sport in a nice bay full of mangroves, two or three manatees, tropical birds and fish. The view of the mountains from the bay is beautiful. The person in charge is very nice, knowledgeable and the kayaks are in good conditions. The only negatve aspect of the tour is that there is no place where you can stop to rest or take a swim.

Today, was utterly amazing... I couldn't of asked for more weather sunny cool wind with exceptional views, breathtaking including a hike, swim, snorkeling, exploring, fishing and good hearted fun. An adventure with an experienced, delightful Captain Carlos. Friendly family oriented and informative even for my two yr old son which loved the hike and exploring of Pirate Cofresi. Definitely do this again and next time do BBQ, kayaking, and camping.Thank you do much Captain Carlos and Tropical Pirates.

We've rented kayaks from Carlos three times. Each time we have had an incredibly great time. Carlos is prompt in meeting times and gives good instruction if you are not sure what you are doing. You will see lots of iguanas, brown pelicans and many more things. Can't wait to go again!

Captain Carlos provided a wonderful day among the mangroves. As we played in the water, he prepared lunch and is a very attentive host. After lunch, we moved to another set island and continues snorkeling and kayaking. We had a great time. Captain Carlos is a native to Puerto Rico, so he was able to also answer questions we had about the island. Being we are history buffs, that was pretty cool. This was our second trip to Puerto Rico, next trip we will contact him for our water adventures.

Very cute, relaxing kayak trip around the mangroves. The tranquility, peace and quiet really lends itself to some bonding and souls searching. Look up and around for iguanas, birds and manatees. The owners are very nice and helpful. And don't forget to eat at the restaurant next door... Delish!

Next time we will rent bicycles from them. Make sure you stop for some "empanadillas de carrucho" at the entrance of their rental place before you start your water-sports...Thanks for the wonderful memories Luz & Carlos.

Nice little spot in Puerto Rico's southern coast. We booked two double kayaks for a couple of hours and had a magnificent relaxing time away from the city. Carlos and his wife were wonderful hosts.

Fui con unos amigos a realizar un recorrido en kayak y paddle boarding por la Bahía de Jobos y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El recorrido por la bahía fue muy relajante y disfrutamos de un día espectacular. El agua tranquila y la vista de los mangles y las montañas contribuyeron a que la experiencia fuera muy agradable. Carlos Rubio nos recibió muy amablemente y nos orientó sobre la ruta a seguir y el uso de los paddle boards. Solo tengo una queja y es que Carlos no tenía kayaks grandes para todos y mi hija tuvo que hacer el recorrido en un pequeño kayak que según ella nos decía, sentía que iba a hundirse en el agua. Aparte de este pequeño detalle, todo estuvo excelente.
