This is one of the most beautiful churches in Havana and perhaps the Caribbean.Although the lighting is dim, careful pictures can be taken by using a rest inside the church. Incredible.

Interesting to see the coral stone construction, the different types of architecture involved and get the feeling of colonial atmosphere from the cathedral and surrounding buildings.

Catedral de San Cristobal is in Plaza de la Catedral; it has a beautiful baroque façade and large church bells. This classic cathedral occupies a prime position in the beautiful square in Old Havana.

We couldn't get inside but the square and the Cathedral it self was nice and restored to some of its former glory.

Workers had the entrance blocked, but we enjoyed the manger scene outside, as well as the bell towers. Located in a great square and all in walking distance from central Havana.

Also called Catedral de la Virgen María de la Concepción Inmaculada de La Habana. I find the exterior more interesting than the interior but it is still a must see in Havana Vieja. Check out the massive doors on San Ignacio.

Conservada como era. Pisos antiguos excelentes. Es la historia viva. Al costado vas a la bodeguita del medio. Imposible no visitar para probar el mojito. Tradicional trago cubano con hierba buena

Hermosa catedral, si tenes tiempo para recorrer bien todo vale realmente la pena, es preciosa y refleja la historia cubana.

Hermosa catedral en el centro Histórico de La Habana. Su construcción de hace siglos se mantiene en un perfecto estado de conservación. Su plaza enfrente está llena de personajes pintorescos y excelentes restaurantes. Muy recomendado !!!!
