We actually didn't hit this dive site until our 4th day in Bonaire and boy were we missing out! This was by far my favorite! We drove it three times! The wreck is between the double reef so if you've got enough air, it's a double wammy. The entry and exit from the shore is a bit rough but it's well worth it. Be sure you have on boots or the sea urchins will get you! There are two or three buoys marking parts of the ship and are only about a 50 meter swim from the shore. If you're snorkeling, you can see the wreck and will wish you were diving. BRING A LIGHT! You can penetrate the cargo holds...the engine room is a bit sketchy and I'd recommend only taking a look inside. Barracuda and tarpon everywhere! The deepest portion of this wreck lies at about 100 feet. Check out everything!

It was our first wreck dive so it was interesting. My wife is terrified of wrecks so we were doing good just to dive it, and excellent to get her to touch it (with her fin). Get your tanks the night before and go early. The site fills up early with both shore and boat divers crowding the area.

We have been diving here since 1991 and always take one dive to the Hooker. It is an advanced dive at 60 - 95 feet of water. It is an eerie sight as you descend on it. Never know what will be guarding it (barracuda or tarpon). I visit to see what new growth of coral if any.

Nice former Colombian cargo wreck. Ship is sideways, in a depth between 15-30m. Dive spot is marked with a buoy and can be reached from the shore with a short swim. One of the great spots in Bonaire! Get your gear with Caribbean Club Divers (if you're on a budget) or Buddy Dive (if you afford a little more)!

The hooker is always fun to dive. Tarpon are almost always present. It is about a 150 yd swim to the dive site. Not too bad even at night. The dive is around 65 to 85 feet. You can easily hit 100+

this is a gotta-go site even though it wasn't amazing. there were some tarpon which is cool and the garden eels just off the boat at about 99ft are pretty cool. best part is the reef just south of the wreck check it out when coming back.

We swam out to a mooring line on the right, went down to the wreck, circled it and then explored the reef. The best part of this dive is that you get a wreck and reef dive in one and get to see the local tarpon.

A very nice dive with crystal clear water. The local inhabitants on the wreck are all over the place and a few small sharks like to hang in the ship itself. But what can I say Bonaire has beautiful diving

The day I was there, the vis wasn't all that great, but was still a fun dive. The resident Tarpon and Barracuda were there to make sure everybody had something besides a hulking wreck to look at. Good dive.
