在这里你可以看到大皇宫与河岸的两样情，仅仅一个广场之隔，贫者、富者都在这里出现。河岸旁坐上一阵子，观察当地民众的行为和活动，你会发现有许多贫穷的孩子在这里玩耍，他们很穷，但他们很快乐。或许他们只要求基本的生存条件，所以没有现代社会的太多烦恼。相较之下，我们可以省思我们身处的社会，快乐是否依然存在？是否依然纯粹？这是很值得思考的。如果轻松的另一面，在下午四点过后，河岸旁会有小吃贩出来贩卖虫虫大餐，本人吃了所有可以吃的虫虫，黑蜘蛛一定要吃，非常营养! 水蟑螂有点大只，但味道颇可口，记得要把翅膀摘下来，因为太硬，会卡牙缝或刮伤嘴巴。小蛇也是很可口的一道虫虫料理，建议到金边就去试试吧!!

应该旁边的河就是湄公河，想着上游就是自己的家乡，就格外的亲切，沿着河边建立的长堤，上面都是散步的本地人，偶尔看到一些跳舞的阿姨，放的居然是国语的各种网络神曲

Well, I've expected more. It's rather dirty and there is not much to see or to do. You walk up and down and that's it in essence. There are many restaurants but none of them looked special. Very touristy ....

I went to sisowath quay twice, once when i arrive at pnomp penh the tuk tuk driver drop us for lunch at khmer resto aside of sisowath quay. And second time last nite. For us would be nice if you visit sisowath quay at nite because the lively place feels with lamps, cafe surround and many visitor especially tourist around world.But sisowath quay just as like my country bali and jalan jaksa jakarta. You may visit to get same ambiance.I love the foods offer from surrounfing restaurant. There are mexican, western and khmer restaurant. Offers great foods with really affordabel prices. In front of sisowath quay is royal place.. so you can imagine many lamps decoration among the royal palace and surrounds. Better by walking here because if by tuktuk or cars you will get stuck in traffic

Sisowath Quay is what they called near the Tonle Sap lake. I just sat down in the lakefront while looking on the people passing by, enjoying the fresh breeze from the river, and a laid-back lifestyle. I enjoyed some quiet time for myself here.

Lots of good bars and restaurants are available along the quayside to just while away some time watching the mopeds, cars and Tuk-tuks whirl by along the side of the River. Its worth taking to one of the roof top bars to get a panoramic view with the Sky bar at the Royal Palace Hotel - Frangipani, being the pick as this is on the corner and so overlooks both the Royal Palace and the Quayside.

An attraction in itself, its a lovely stroll along the river, passing major Phnom Penh attractions along the way!

Take a walk along sisowath quay any time of the day or evening when the sun has gone down overlooking the tonal sap river were it merges with the mekong. chairs all along the river. You will see the local cambodians playing ball games, locals selling refreshments etc. Nice relaxing hour or so.

A nice walk along the river and plenty of restaurants etc but there is no shelter from the very hot sun. Take your hat and some water!

The Quay is a great place to stroll and people watch. Dawn and dusk are the best times to go. The sun rises across the water, and although it doesn't set on the river, it seems like the whole of Phnom Penh turns out to sit on the benches and chat, and catch a cool breeze.
