主体思想塔是平壤最著名的地标,听导游介绍它是为了纪念金日成的诞辰而建造的,如果导游留给你们的时间足够的话是可以选择买票坐电梯上到顶上看平壤全景的,可惜我去的时候没能有这机会,塔就建造在大同江的边上,朝鲜的很多建筑主要采用的都是本地盛产的花岗岩,这个塔也不例外,值得一提的是平壤有时候供电十分有限,但是在夜晚主体思想塔是永远能亮灯的地方之一,可见它在朝鲜人民心目中的地位,有兴趣的朋友不妨可以在入住的酒店的纪念品商店买些主体思想塔的周边商品或者模型带回来也是不错的纪念品,或者可以寄上一张朝鲜的明信片回国~

平壤最高建筑，形状像什么我就不说了，某些体制就容易产生这类建筑。登塔20元，一楼是在朝鲜的各大外企每人捐了个主题思想万岁的牌子，电梯上塔，天晴时能见度很高

The official guide was very good, explained to us in detail the who, why & when it was built. Small landing up top though. Shop (small) on ground floor sold typical tourist items. Peaceful walking around the riverfront here.

Amazing view of the city when you're at the top, must, must go to the top (optional for most tours, 5? euro)!! funny how we joked that the elevator seemed to take a long time.. if you do get a chance to get to Kim Il Sung Square at night to look at the Juche Tower, it's one of my best travel memories yet.. so if you get the chance, please don't miss this opportunity!

A must do when in Pyongyang. From the top, the views are spectacular. You are able to see all of Pyongyang and the beauty of the city -- parks, river, stadiums, landmarks. Whether or not you agree with Juche is irrelevant.

By far, the best place for some aerial photos in Pyongyang! If you are afraid of highest this is not a good place for your!

The Juche Tower is built to celebrate the Juche Idea in the DPRK. It's worth paying to go to the top as you will get some great views of the city.

it is a tower! it has a €5 elevator that brings you to the panorama platform where you have some great views of Pyongyang. Great sightseeing!

Its quite a monument, seen pretty well from anywhere in Pyongyang. Pay the money to go up to the top you really do get some cracking views, it puts the city pretty well in perspective.
