阿特劳本身并不是一个旅游城市，这座清真寺作为阿特劳的地标之一，同样也没有太突出的地方。位于makhambet广场旁边，外观还不错，不过与周边的现代建筑放在一起显得很不搭调。

Please, change the name of the mosque. As it is actually called Imangali (the first letter is pronounced as 'e', i.e. e-mail), after the name of one of Atyrau ex-major, who made a lot to build the mosque.

Nice visit when you are in down town Atyrau. Good architecture but nothing compared to Middle Eastern mosques.

Beautiful mosque, very near the Renaissance Hotel, and the main square. Architecturally near perfect. Very busy on Fridays. Non- Moslems welcome, but best not to go on a Friday.

A beautiful mosque - a city landscape in Atyrau as well as a place for praying. The capacity is too small particularly for friday and festive day. Most of the people have to pray outdoor which was quite challenging during winter. Best location in the city, close to Mahambat square, shopping center and several good restaurant.The typical kazakh blue sky make this building is very beautiful for taking pictures

Quite an artistic building, a combination of arabic and normadic style caligraphy. Its beautifull from outside, though not a very big mosque. Inside caligraphic art on the walls and insides of dome. The place is close to the Church and you can visit both in one go.

I lived near Maxambet square for about a month. The mosque looks nice from a distance, but when you get near, you will see many imperfections in the design. It is more of a machine work rather than delicate handcraft. The inside is a total disappointment: a soulless interior with almost no decoration, no detail, and even not a high ceiling!!! They always build the domes so that the ceiling goes high and imposes a feeling of freedom. In this mosque, not the case. The ceiling is closed at about 3-4m height.The other problem is that almost the entire outside front view of the building is also overshadowed by two modern structures in its background: hotel Renaissance and another huge building. So no great photo opportunity. Sorry.

This is big Mosque in Atyrau in main street Satbayeva beside Hotel Renessance. Also one of good attraction a Mahambat square in Atyrau beside this Mosque.

while atyrau grows up around it, this land mark stands out , a great photo opportunity around this area , friday is the busiest religous day , and not the best day to take photos , some people do not like it.
